Friendly! I recently brought my Saturn in to have some work done. When I went to drop off my car and learned that it would be awhile they offered to have a their shuttle drive me home. My husband was already on his way so I didnt use the service, but I was very impressed that they offered such a service. They were great about calling me with updates on my car and did an excellent job on the repairs. My car runs great now and I would definately bring it back if it needed any work in the future.
