The ice-cream is really nice and not too surgery We have been served by PARITABENS and she was super nice although it was almost closing time she was serving us ice-cream with so much patience and a great smile. Her service makes us wsnt to come back here for sure. Thanks alot .
I stopped by for a quick gelato the pistachio was nice, though the chocolate was a bit too sweet for my taste. Service could definitely be improved; it felt a bit slow and disorganized. One major issue was the seating: many tables had no chairs at all, while others had almost all of them. It’s frustrating when all the chairs are taken by just one or two tables. This should really be managed better. Overall, decent for a quick dessert, but there’s room for improvement.
We ordered a chocolate croissant and matcha drink. Without telling us the staff member warmed up the chocolate croissant in a paper bag meaning it was a complete mess when we opened it. We tried to return it but were told croissant was there from 6am and was rock hard. We took the croissant and struggled to eat it as it was still rock hard and wouldn'tcut at all. I had a wonderful experience at Caffè Concerto (Westfield Balcony). Their creamy ice cream is absolutely delicious – rich, smooth, and full of flavour, a real treat worth coming back for! Special thanks to Paritabens, the lovely lady at the cashier, who was so warm and welcoming, and also to the young girl who served the ice cream with such kindness and a genuine smile.
