A lovely establishment located on Bond Street. Our meals were delicious and served promptly, along with our drinks. Adrian provided exceptional service, contributing to an overall excellent experience. The only minor issue was that, after being seated at our table, we were asked to move to accommodate a larger group. While we agreed to relocate without hesitation, it was a small inconvenience.
I had a wonderful experience at Cafe Concerto, thanks to Alina’s impeccable service. She was exceptionally polite, attentive, and ensured that everything was served promptly. She fulfilled every request with professionalism and a warm smile, making my lunch truly delightful. I will definitely return!
Stephan was amazing! Super attentive and professional he made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. Great service all around! The Black Forest cake and hot drinks were delicious.
Very average experience. Tables are literally one next to another with maybe 30cm distance from each other. Place is understaffed, so automatically the service is not the best as those poor waiters have too many tables to cover. I feel sorry for them. I feel like you would be fine in any basic cafe if you wish to catch up for a coffee and cake.
