This place is fantastic! I go here whenever I’m in Covent Gardens and it’s always amazing. Their menu is unmatched and has so many different varieties of food. Perfect for breakfast or lunch! Lots of savory and sweet options as well as options for tea! Highly recommended.
Had a wonderful breakfast at Caffe Concerto, food was lovely and the service amazing. Our waiter was Abhishek and he was so attentive and polite. All of the waiting staff were very professional and friendly. We will definitely be back when we visit Covent Garden again.
Really lovely place, well looked after by Ivan. He was very professional, calm and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. You can tell he knows what he is doing. The cakes are delicious & coffee, smoothie. Would recommend to anyone for a pit stop while in Covent Garden :)
Great food and friendly staff. 1 star removed due to the automatic adding of a 12.5% service charge. This should not be standard. Your pricing should be all inclusive and give the customer the choice to leave a tip. I really dislike this as it feels dishonest to the customer. Staff were friendly but not that attentive. Dropped the food and ran. No offer of condiments. Had to go find my own as the staff vanished.
In the heart of Covent Garden. Had a window seat, inside, although most people were sitting outside. Have marked the atmosphere down by just one point because the windows were smeared. Henal was exceptional. She was polite, attentive and very professional. She was an asset to your company. She helped to make our day very special. Celebrating our 63rd wedding anniversary!
