We had a great meal here! Both of our sandwiches were big portions and delicious. We got an appetizer of bread and dips, and it was good as well. Surprisingly, the only complaint that it was almost too much bread! It would be better to share among 4+ people as opposed to just 2. But overall, we enjoyed it and would go back.
We were immediately drawn to Caffè Concerto in Covent Garden by its outstanding location, right in the very heart of London’s West End. We had a lovely experience at Concerto. The food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was really cozy. Horrible expirience! Dont go to this place!! The staff is unproffesional and rude to each other and guests as well. I work as a chef and have been working as waiter as well, so I know it can be stressfull. But this was not okay. Feels like a scam to pay 14% in a service fee. We heard arguing, angry voices etc.from the staff from the begining to the end of our visit. The welcome wasent nice either. The food was ok, but not worth the price.
