We had a wonderful time here! The carrot cake was absolutely delicious and mouthwatering, and the scones were incredibly fresh and tasty. Paired with a great cup of tea, it was the perfect break from shopping in The Village. The place is clean and has great vibes. A special shoutout to Karim and the rest of the staff for the excellent service. Highly recommend!
Shocking! The food was ok but service was slow and not great. They had new starters who didn’t know what they were doing which is fine and understandable but the experience staff also were not great. Slow service and promise a service but then disappear - for example asking for cutlery. Had to wait like 6-7 min at entrance to be seated and nobody to greet us and they were not even busy at the time we visited. Had to walk in and look for staff. Other customers had the same issue. The food here is so tasty and in big portions as well. The Flora tea is worth a try if you like tea like me . I was served by Madalina and Meher and they even sang for me for my birthday. They are very lovely ladies always smiling and eager to help. I’m glad to have found this gem
Very nice calm ambiance and amazing friendly staffs. Particularly Fathy the gentleman man that served us was funny and make our visit here pleasant. The price is decent compared to most places I’ve been to for afternoon tea. I enjoyed the sharing platter and would definitely visit again.

With this kind of attitude, I want to come back again and again! The food was very tasty, and the portions were large. The interior and New Year decorations combined with light blues in the background were magnificent! Thank you for the atmosphere and mood!
