Really enjoyed our visit to Cafe Concerto at Westfield London. The food was really good and definitely lived up to the standard you’d expect. The ambience was absolutely lovely — stylish, relaxed, and a great place to enjoy a meal. It’s also very kids-friendly, which made the experience even better for us. We had a wonderful time here! The carrot cake was absolutely delicious and mouthwatering, and the scones were incredibly fresh and tasty. Paired with a great cup of tea, it was the perfect break from shopping in The Village. The place is clean and has great vibes. A special shoutout to Karim and the rest of the staff for the excellent service. Highly recommend!
Very nice calm ambiance and amazing friendly staffs. Particularly Fathy the gentleman man that served us was funny and make our visit here pleasant. The price is decent compared to most places I’ve been to for afternoon tea. I enjoyed the sharing platter and would definitely visit again.
We had a wonderful time at Caffè Concerto. The atmosphere is always lovely, but it was the service that truly made our visit special. We were looked after by Meher, who was exemplary. She was very attentive, professional, and welcoming, which made our experience much more enjoyable. A big thank you to her for her excellent service—we will definitely be back
The food here is so tasty and in big portions as well. The Flora tea is worth a try if you like tea like me . I was served by Madalina and Meher and they even sang for me for my birthday. They are very lovely ladies always smiling and eager to help. I’m glad to have found this gem
