I experienced such great care by Dr. Scott and his team. He is thorough, efficient and most of all.. understanding. You don’t see that very often these days so I’m appreciative for his and healing the anxiety I have with doctors
In 2024 Dr Cagney Scott gave me an injection in the roof of my mouth which was very very painful and walked out. The result was, I started shaking violently. I said to myself, 'you have to take care of yourself. I took a deep deep breath and slowly released it and the shaking slowed down to a stop.' I was disappointed that he did not stay in the room to make sure that his patient was okay
I was referred to Dr. Scott at Aspen Dental in Colerain to repair a broken tooth. After taking more x-rays of my mouth, the tech told me that "the Doctor" was not willing to do any work on me. I asked to talk to "the Doctor" but he never came to me and explained why he was not going to repair my lost tooth. The behavior of a dentist who does not want to talk to the patient is highly unprofessional and should be reprimanded by the proper regulatory Board.
He is rude insensitive sarcastic rough in a rush argumentative not a people person,he calls himself blunt “I’m blunt” . I feel like I’m on a prank tv show this can’t be real. I’ve never experienced this type of service. The worst experience of my life. I scheduled my daughter for a service but I’m going have to cancel that. I do not recommend this dentist. It’s disappointing because it’s hard finding a good dentist. I’m in so much pain.
Hes RUDE and INSENSITIVE with his patient!!!! That goes for his receptionist too!!!
