The music in the waiting room had me Shazaming every song. That may be the best part. Loved it. Dr Gerald takes her time with you in the exam room-and shes so nice!
i had a horrible experience at this location. i had an appointment for 2:10 and wasn’t brought back until after 2:30, which is fine- I understand doctors are busy and that’s how life goes. i paid a 45 dollar copay which is important to the story. they brought a girl in before me who was getting ear piercings. after they had called my name- I told the nurse all of the spots and issues I wanted checked out. Pack a lunch. I left at 1:20 for my appointment that was scheduled for 12:40. I was told it would be 20 more minutes before I left. There were 2 people in the waiting room, including me.
I just had my first appointment here and everyone was so polite and caring. I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me and they made me so comfortable.
Fantastic Doctors and staff! I highly recommend this facility. Everyone is so nice and professional.
