I go to Cahaba medical care at ensley.. they need to have new staff at the front . Half of them are rude. They see you trying to check out but there to busy chit chatting .
replacing Dr.Ashford and his staff ...he and his assistant was really unprofessional on my last visit

Those stanks won't even give me an interview
Most hostile environment I’ve ever been in. I walked in without a mask but put one on when told to. Most of the nurses had their masks under their noses but demanded that I wear mine over my nose. Got cussed out by other patients in the waiting room and had a patient raise her cane at me like she was going to hit me when I was walking out the door. There was one kind face behind the glass...I think it might have been Ms. Frank. I feel safer walking into a maximum security prison.

I have been a patient for 4 or 5 years now and honestly the service has gone down. It seems like they have too many patients than what they can handle. I’ve been trying to get a prescription for almost a week and now that I finally have it, it’s not even the right prescription. Very disappointed. Not happy here anymore.

The best physician they have on staff there is LaTory Franks. The GENUINE care, concern, and kindness she shows her patients is priceless. It's rare that you find a doctor that cares about he patient's quality of life and their overall health., but this review is not about her, it's about Dr. Ashford, who has been my gynecologist for more than 10 years, so needless to say, I trusted him. I sat there for a hour and a half before being seen everybody else went ahead of me I have been waiting on medication for over a week I am looking for a new Doctor
