Doctor Blackmon has been my physician for over 40 years. Not only has he saved my life, but he has taken excellent care of my family as well. You wouldn't be able to find a better doctor and staff if you tried!! Thanks for all you have done and continue to do.
If I could give zero stars, I would. After waiting two months for an appointment with Dr. Blackmon, I went to my appointment today only to have him walk in the room, look at me and say " I don't know you. I don't know anything about you and then he WALKED OUT OF THE ROOM. I have never been so humiliated and disrespected in my life. What a sorry excuse for a man who calls himself a physician. The appointment was made via the phone with one of staff during Thanksgiving week for 12/10, and all our messages said 12/10. When he got there they told him he was not supposed to be there until 12/17 and that he has a lab appointment on 12/12.. which he did bc we got a text about it. Never got anything regarding 12/17. Poor communication from staff.
Overall I liked this place. The doctor is nice, he is not pushy, he listened. I generally have a strong fear and distrust of doctors but so far I am satisfied.. appointments are easy. The staff was friendly. Also very very clean office which is a big plus.
I was in the MAT program and after 4 years Felicia Williams the nurse practitioner came in and told me that I was being discharged from the program after finding out I have a condition that without their treatmentI will die. She told me it was this reason and that but everything she said was a lie. When I left I was very upset bc she wouldn't even listen to me or look at my chart so I could show her she was wrong and Amanda Cotton called me, knowing how upset I was,and asked me if I wanted to get the treatment that could sav... read more
