I entered my information online. One of the attorneys, Walter, called me back and left a message to set up an appointment. I then called back and played phone tag for a couple of days before finally getting an appointment. Two hours before the appointment he called me stating he was sick and he would call back me back to set up an appointment. That was last Friday afternoon. I work with Cain’s Law Firm, and they are absolutely awesome and professional. The attorney assigned to me, Reuben Torres, was incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. We were involved in an accident over a year and a half ago, and throughout the entire process, Reuben was amazing. I hired Cain Law Office after I was in a serious car accident in March 2024. I was hit while driving home, and the situation became traumatic when one of the other parties involved pointed a gun at me and used a racial slur. I was the victim, and yet I received no justice or support from the legal system.
