It’s really clean and people who work here are great but they are greedy. they were overcharged for drying, and I just don’t have a lot of patience for people who are milking every last penny out of everyone This isn’t a higher rent area so it’s not like it’s a fancy building they have to pay rent for they’re just overcharging. I have another place that I go that I can do a load of wash for four bucks and then a $.50 to dry. Great place to do your laundry. I come here all the time and can wash everything from a small load to full bed set with comforter and all. They have good prices and the machines are rarely broken. The staff is really nice too and the place is very very clean. Weekend mornings can be busy but usually still enough machines to go around.
The ladies who work here are really nice. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the washing machine and dryer I used. I had to rewash a load because it didn’t even use any of the soap or softener I placed inside the dispenser. I also had to use a different dryer half way through the cycle because the original dryer stopped with an error that it “wasn’t vacuuming”. This place sucks, they say the last wash is at 9 but they close earlier
Machine doesn't accept coins/token, their card system isn't user friendly, and on 9/16/24 at the moment they do not accept cash unless an employee is on site. I went at 3:50pm with no employees in sight. I can't print out a laundry card from the kiosk machine and then I found a laundry card on the floor and but the kiosk wont let me put money on one without a debit or credit card. Machines are dated but looks clean. The place is clean the only one star they deserve.
