Bad service, I dropped my truck off on Monday, May 20th,to fix the front bumper. When I pick up my truck, the bumper was fixed, but when I leave the place I go to a burger place nearby to buy food and then when I drive back home I get on the freeway and I see that the mirror on the passenger door (right side) moves. I recently had an accident with my car and took it to this Caliber Collision. I had a great experience from the time I stepped in the shop to when I picked up my car. The GM, Luis, was very understanding and communicative throughout the entire process. The repair quick and of high quality. I highly recommend this shop.
Caliber Collision service was excellent. Alex was very thorough when it came to inspecting my vehicle for all damages that needed to be fixed. He kept me informed of the progress every few days on the repairs that have been completed. He even gave me my car back sooner than originally predicted!!
Great and friendly team! They were quick and efficient, and they communicated well! It was so easy and painless to get my car repaired. It didn’t feel like a total headache or big to do, they helped make the whole process easy. Ricardo C was a great service advisor and very professional. The ladies at the front desk were super kind and helpful as well
