Great customer service and excellent work overall. Lam was very communicative and provided detailed updates and time estimates, beyond my expectations. Pleasant surprise on how informed I was, level of information and situation, nothing like the mystery you get from some shops. Patricia had all the details and coordination of docs and rental car ready to go. Clean shop, and very satisfactory experience overall.

Patricia and Lum were very helpful, friendly and professional. they took care of me and my car in a timely manner and updating me through out the process. Service Advisor Lum went above and beyond and even help with the rust that was on my car and gave great advice.

They did an awesome job with my vehicle repair. Looks very professional and I’m very happy with the outcome. The paint matching and Fitment looks awesome. First time taking my car to a body shop and I don’t regret it. Julissa and staff were great people and I would continue business with them. My front bumper was already painted with a different shade of silver before the accident.

Lam was super professional and very informative during the time my car was being repaired. He went above and beyond his job requirements and I really appreciate the genuine customer service I received. Trish was very helpful in answering any questions I had and was very kind and friendly. I enjoyed her company while I waited for my car, she made time pass by fast.

Matt Cecchini was my service advisor and he made the experience very pleasant. He communicated with me throughout the process and the job was finished in 10 days just as he had promised. My car looks almost new and it was cleaner when I picked it up than it was when I dropped it off. Overall, I'm very pleased and would recommend Caliber Collision to my friends.
