In 2019 we hired California Realty Group as our property manager and it was the EASIEST process ever! My husband and I moved out of state and were nervous that we would not have tenants into our rental fast but Kristin and her team were on it and quickly found us renters. As a landlord this is my personal experience I found as long as you don’t need anything they’re great. Once you have a difficult tenant they are very much pro tenant in that they want the owner to just pay for things rather than hold the tenant liable for damages. Additionally, they will tell you they will address things later that “let’s just get this taken care of first” yet never go back and address the issue. I can see using an AI application service cuts some hassles, but it is also leaving a fair amount of money on the table. I applied for a house and was denied. My credit score was supposedly under the range, which is false. I am MORE THAN QUALIFIED in all aspects - solid rental history, bank statements, tax records, over 6 months of savings, and zero debt. A quick chat in person to clear any issues would have resulted in the Landlord getting $200 extra per month, as the monthly rent has decreased that amount since I applied, ... read more

Danger, This company is ran by ignorant people that take money from you to run your application and do a credit check. Here's how they treated me, I paid and filled out the forms, gave them bank statements, and over 8 days of trying to rent a home they had for me, they never not once called me back, never returned my many messages, they were so rude it was totally the worst experience of my life. I called the 19 times looking at my phone. they never ran my credit but kept my money and will not return it. They never helped me... read more
