Tiffany and the other nurse with glasses that helped me were super nice! Every person in the building was super sweet, patient, knowledgeable, and all around very comforting. It was my first time at the dermatologist and they made me feel very comfortable. An amazing experience overall!! Thanks so much!
I was greeted by a smiling face who already knew my name. The entire staff behind the glass was relaxed and I saw a synergy in the room that one rarely sees when visiting a physicians office. Check-in took just a few minutes. I was seated in one of the examination rooms quickly. I was screened right away by an associate and the physicians assistant entered the room promptly. She addressed my concerns, and followed through quickly. I highly recommend the Califonrnia Skin Institute.
First time coming here and had a pleasant experience. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I came in because I had some miles I was concerned about and the np explained what options I had in regards to my concerns. Thank you!
Dr. B was very caring and showed it upon my visit. He was able to take care of me and was reasonable and honest with me. These days that’s hard to come by. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I would be comfortable referring anyone I know to come see the doctors here.
From the moment you first walk in and you are greeted by Ms. Maria, to the back office staff and care providers, I trust California Skin Institute 100% with my skin!! I had shown my PCP an area on my leg that was growing and changing color. She said that it looked fine to her and she’ll just keep an eye on it. At my 6 month wellness check with my PA I asked for a referral to California Skin Institute. They did a biopsy on the place on my leg and it came back as melanoma, the worst kind of skin cancer.
