Recommendednice staff and good doctors
Everyone was so friendly, my doctor Milene Crispin was really nice and down to earth not like some doctors out there . I would recommen this office
Nearly impossible to get a live person on the phone. called 5x to make my initial appointment, they had to re-schedule me weeks later, 5 more phone calls. I've called 3x in the past 2 weeks bc they forgot to submit my prescription, no one ever returns calls! Ultimately, very frustrating experience. Would not recommend.
Left a voice mail saying that I needed someone to call me asap. I had a cyst removed in April that came back. It grew in size and was red and felt like it was going to rupture. Long story short it ruptured, became infected, and no one called me back. Ended up going to a different dermatologist after that.

ETA: 45 minutes after posting this I finally received a return phone call. They said they had been calling and leaving messages and/or my voicemail was full. Who knows where they had been calling before but it’s wasn’t me, and then they suddenly had the correct phone number today. I’ve been been seeing Dr. Crispin for several years.
