Take a day off work to go here? Check. Show up and then told to sit for over 20 minutes past your appointment time in a small dingy room with hepa filters taped over all the vents? Check. Be unceremoniously told after less than five minutes that they won’t provide the service advertised on their website site and that you wasted your time? Check. I’ve become very frustrated with this organization. This is not too demerit the doctor who’s done an amazing job but the reception and customer care responsiveness and communication has lacked severely. There have been multiple scenarios in the last 12 months. I’ve called spoken to someone in reception and promised a call back. I do not get a callback so that I call back and then I get promised another call back and then I do not get a callback or I’ve asked to refill a prescription. Loved the office staff, they were happy and helpful. Everything was on time. Doctor Was very nice, I am glad I went in with my list. I am sure he was very thorough, but after I left I felt like it was a rush. I am grateful he took care of something on my foot because I don’t have a podiatrist.
I'm super anxious, especially in Drs offices. Dr Chansky was awesome! Put my mind at ease and was super patient with my list of issues. Went over everything throughly and with care. Thank you!
Clear, refreshing & breezy , just how we love our skin! Wonderful and friendly staff. Dr. Chansky is kind and awesome. He takes the time to listen and educate. Highly recommend!
