Dr. Chen took the time to assess my skin and actually seemed to have interest in helping me with my acne and dermatitis. Would definitely recommend, although the receptionist is less than a pleasure to be greeted by!
So grateful for finding the California Skin Institute on Union St! The office entire staff was fantastic and fit me in for an urgent issue despite not having been a patient previously (I will be now!). Dr. Chen and his nurses had excellent bedside manner and I was in and out quickly, despite it clearly being a busy day in the office. If I could give more than five stars, I would!
From the two receptionists at the front desk & Physician’s Asst. to Dr. Ellison, each/every comm. with these individuals was focused sincerely, directly warm hearted & thoroughly professional. In total making my yearly full body skin examination a 100% completely positive experience.
The person at front desk was very personal. The Dr. was great. Would be happy to recommend him
Friendly and very competent staff. My hair has stopped falling out and is growing again. My hairdresser is amazed! I've already referred several friends to Dr. Chen.
