Staff helpful and professional. Dr. H also professional and made me feel at ease and I was able to ask necessary questions without feeling rushed or my concerns being quickly dismissed without explanation. He is still treating me but I would definitely recommend him and the medical professionals at the California Skin Institute Nib Hill without reservation.
1) Reception room looked dirty and worn in appearance . 2) Receptionist was coarse and has rough communication style. 3) The doctor in the other hand was professional & attentive as was his medical staff
Dr rushed me through in 10 minutes. I have skin issues that needed to be taken care of and he did take care of some. Recommended steroid cream for the itching with the rest of them. And then rescheduled for me to come back and he would take care of more. I won't be going back.
