Ordered and had drapes installed. We have 10 ft ceilings and the drapes go top to bottom. They look terrific. Yvonne helped us pick out the drapes and rods and placed the order. Today Ben and Ryan showed up today on time and spent a good deal of time making sure the rods were straight and everything was aligned. Yvonne showed up too to ensure all the installation instructions were clear. The result is fantastic. We feel like we have new rooms in the house! Absolutely wonderful service from these people!

Overall a very positive, professional experience. Love when a business communicates well from start to finish. Replaced all the old, cheap, dirty plastic window blinds with beautiful Hunter Douglas roller shades. Yvonne was super helpful and I appreciated her suggestions as we worked through the project. We did a combo of light filtering and room darkening and I'm very pleased with the outcome. 10/10 great business.

Today , through California Window Fashions, we had replacement Hunter (Sensitive Information Hidden) blinds installed on our bay windows and a wand repaired on a dining room window. Ben, the installer arrived 5 minutes early. He was professional, personable and extremely efficient in completing the work and did a wonderful job. He is a first-class credit to your company. Marie was very responsive to my inquiries about Hunter Douglas products and provided value insight for selecting the right products that met several requirements. I found California window fashions by browsing the Internet, and saw they had great reviews. I had intended to get several bids, but after speaking with Yvonne and decided to go with CWF. She was experienced, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and low-key. Installation was a breeze. Scott and James Parker were professional, friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. They cleaned everything up and left everything in its place. We could not be happier with this company.
