I couldn't be happier with the project outcome and the customer service provided the CWF designer (Marie Alcala) and installers (Scott Parker and Dave Cline). Marie was very responsive to my inquiries about Hunter Douglas products and provided value insight for selecting the right products that met several requirements. I found California window fashions by browsing the Internet, and saw they had great reviews. I had intended to get several bids, but after speaking with Yvonne and decided to go with CWF. She was experienced, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and low-key. Installation was a breeze. Scott and James Parker were professional, friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. They cleaned everything up and left everything in its place. We could not be happier with this company.
