I moved using Callbox a few days ago. KeAndre, Cedric, Deon, and Josh were fantastic! The care they took to protect my furniture and art for storage was top-notch. I am confident that everything will be in great shape when I have everything delivered in a few months. In addition to being good at their jobs, everyone on the crew was friendly and professional. I recommend Callbox to anyone with storage needs.

Callbox Storage has made my moving experience a breeze! I recently had to move out of my apartment and had a 2 week period before moving into my next home. Callbox Storage picked up all of my belongings, pad/wrapped/protected everything, photo inventoried it all, and took it to storage. When it was time to move into my new place, they delivered everything to me! My favorite part was that it was a free pick up, due to me packing myself, but they do offer packing services! Love this company so much!

I recently had to move everything out of my apartment in a hurry and I didn't have a lot of time. Callbox Storage assured me that they would take great care of everything and even provided me with an inventory of all of my items. Something I was so overwhelmed by has turned into the easiest process and I couldn't thank Callbox enough for their service! I would highly recommend them to anyone who's in need of similar situation!

Be careful of the Bait and Switch. They estimated my first move would take about 3 hours. I have moved many times in my life and 3-4 hours is the norm for me. Because of a bad experience with a bait and switch from my last move, I asked callbox to come do an inventory check and then get an estimate in writing. I have a 2 bedroom apartment- average and pretty easy I've been told. And like I said, no move has ever taken longer than 4 hours total for me. Folks, I am not sure you want to start a new storage relationship with this company when you are unable to reach them during normal business hours! BEWARE...I will see if anyone calls me back! So far, no returned messages from the first inquiry have occurred. This is the first time I have reached out to this particular storage entity. When "everything" was finally delivered, it didn't look like everything was here. Despite my concerns and disbelief I was assured that I had All of my belongings. I have since discovered that I do NOT have 1/3 of my things! Items were Completely broken, a 2000 year old armoire damaged, an untold number of sentimental, valuables, antiques and jewelry, items such as my fathers ashes can never be replaced!
