If I could give her zero stars I would. Spending months and months trying to reverse the damage she did to my teeth. Really should be reviewed by by the TN Board of Dentistry for all of the issues she caused in the short time she was at Castle Dental. I wish I would’ve known what I was getting myself into before I let her work on me.
She discriminated against my 16-year-old daughter and refused her services simply because my wife needed to hold her hand due to my daughter’s anxiety, which is related to her special needs. When we tried to explain that my wife needed to be with her, the provider refused services to both my daughter and me. Additionally, the X-ray assistant forgot to use a protective apron on my daughter during the X-ray and had to retake the X-rays multiple times due to a lack of knowledge and care.
Do Not Use. She caused my daughter weeks of teeth pain and I suspect performed work that wasn't needed. If you use her ask to see the xrays and keep a close watch on what teeth she is and has worked on.
