Refrigerator started having trouble last week - temp went down in freezer and fridge about 20 degrees. Got Caltech through my home warranty. Came next day first thing in the morning and right on time. Francisco diagnosed and for good measure order another component that might have been an issue. We have used Roberto to repair both our refrigerator and washer. He is excellent, professional, and honest. I would highly recommend their services. We have AHS warranty, and you can request Cal Tech for repair. I’m grateful for their help in our repairs and will use them next time.

Today was the second time Caltech Appliances have worked on appliances in my home. (LG Refrigerator with compressor issues) Both times Caltech techs were respectful of my time, responded rapidly, communicated kindly and professionally, demonstrated experience and knowledge in diagnosing the issue, were prompt in acquiring new parts and returning to complete 5 star work. I learned that they are a father & son opperation and found them honest and hard working. 100% I will use them again.
