RIPOFF ARTISTS!! BEWARE!!! 2weeks ago I called in to get my Ford Mustang Diagnosed referencing codes reading timing issue. These guys diagnosed it as timing chain broken which Prior mechanic already confirmed no problem there. I called 4 mechanic shops prior to Calverts to get price on timing Chain replacement, and they all ranged from 1,600 to 2500 parts and labor no problem there however they were highly backed up in work so When Calverts told me they normally repair cars same day or 24 hours naturally I chose their rou... read more

My experience immediately after walking in was horrible! If I could give negative stars for the receptionist alone, I would! Not only was she sitting on her cell when I arrived, the business phone was ringing as she actively ignored it. I had no issues with the services that I received and the manager was a delight. Had it not been for the complete lack of professionalism and attentiveness towards customers shown by the receptionist. I would give this place 10 stars if I were able to.

I’ve been into this location multiple times and honestly if it wasn’t for Chris I wouldn’t be continuing to come back.. the front counter experience is absolutely ridiculous. First off the lady isn’t very friendly, she’s on her phone 99% of the time and she makes customers wait to even be helped. the phone is constantly ringing but does she answer it no, instead she’s doing some craft.
