Lance is great and responsive, and he is the reason we have used Calvetta for over 10 years, and have spent over $75,000 with them throughout multiple homes....... HOWEVER, Gina in accounting is TERRIBLE. We have unfortunately had to deal with her condescending, nasty and argumentive attitude multiple times. DO NOT BE BULLIED BY NASTY ATTITUDE GINA!
This company was great! They worked around our scheduling issues. The installers Brian and Josh were easy to work with, they even fixed the lint trap on the washing machine. They did a great job from start to finish.
WOW!! We love, love, love our new Stanton carpet…from start to finish our experience with Calvetta Brothers (Northfield) was superb! In need of replacing master bedroom carpet during room renovation, we visited the showroom and met Joe! My wife and I had Calvetta Brothers in Macedonia replace the flooring on our first floor last year. Today, I realized that I never left a review for the work they were done. Better late than never. Chad and everyone at this office were very helpful. We were replacing old 12x12 white contractor grade tiles. We weren't sure if we wanted LVP or hardwood, based on our budget.
