This company was great! They worked around our scheduling issues. The installers Brian and Josh were easy to work with, they even fixed the lint trap on the washing machine. They did a great job from start to finish.
WOW!! We love, love, love our new Stanton carpet…from start to finish our experience with Calvetta Brothers (Northfield) was superb! My wife and I had Calvetta Brothers in Macedonia replace the flooring on our first floor last year. Today, I realized that I never left a review for the work they were done. Better late than never. Chad and everyone at this office were very helpful. We were replacing old 12x12 white contractor grade tiles. We weren't sure if we wanted LVP or hardwood, based on our budget. Minor fault was discovered in the manufacturing process of our newly installed COREtech Plus flooring. After the problem was confirmed by their inspector, Calvetta Brothers initiated immediate corrective action. We are now very satisfied with the replacement flooring. The installers Brian and Josh exceeded our expectations. While cutting of the door trim and various moldings needed to be done without removal, they made every effort to keep the dust to a minimum. Terrible customer service. Had a whole kitchen done and a cabinet that was not properly installed which fell down causing injuries. We have been waiting on a new cabinet for over 4 months now. They decided to give us a temporary one that looks like my toddler put together. Still waiting on the custom made original one we purchased. No one will get back to us on the delivery date. They always have an excuse and lie about it each time. Beware of this company!
