While we ended up going a different route for our bedroom flooring, Thom spent over an hour on two different occasions going over all the different types of vinyl flooring with us providing an indepth explanation of every product and the acronyms different manufacturers use along with what to look for when shopping at competitors. Hopefully our next project will allow us to become customers.
We purchased a new kitchen floor and we couldn’t be happier with our experience shopping with Calvetta Brothers Floor Show. From the minute we walked through their door, we were greeted warmly by Thom who helped us pick out the perfect floor. Larry came to measure, explain the installation process and made excellent suggestions. Jeff and his installation crew were efficient and meticulous! We highly recommend this store!
Couldn’t be happier with my experience with the floor show! I had flooring installed in the basement of my 100 year old home that has extremely uneven floors. They exhibited so much knowledge and professionalism on how to tackle this project and it’s inherited difficulties, the final result is better than I ever imagined! I am very detail oriented so I’m very appreciative of them and their work. I am a customer for life, highly recommend!
Stopped into the Mentor store on Tues. the 23rd of April. An older man and younger woman were working, we got the older man after about a 5 minute wait. After looking at sculptured carpet for several minutes, I ask a couple of questions about the installers. He was unable to answer my questions and said it was the first time in 12 years he was ever ask those questions. They act like you are offending them if you ask them to match the price of another local competitor. Duh..price match! You just lost a customer with a big job and more to come!
