Purchased a vinyl floor installed by Calvetta Bros. After several years of light wear on the flooring several bubbles developed. The problem was researched be Shaw(the manufacturer) and they and Calvetta Bros. both refused to acknowledge that the problem was theirs. They acknowledged the problem but refused to correct it or provide a reasonable solution. We are not "Happy with our Home"
I highly recommend them for carpet installation. We just had our entire condo done, old carpet removed and new installed. Mike and Eddy were pleasant and did everything so professionally. The new carpet is perfect. I was so concerned about all my furniture which had to be moved, the dust of the job and how I could handle all of the work after. We purchased a new kitchen floor and we couldn’t be happier with our experience shopping with Calvetta Brothers Floor Show. From the minute we walked through their door, we were greeted warmly by Thom who helped us pick out the perfect floor. Larry came to measure, explain the installation process and made excellent suggestions. Jeff and his installation crew were efficient and meticulous! We highly recommend this store!
While we ended up going a different route for our bedroom flooring, Thom spent over an hour on two different occasions going over all the different types of vinyl flooring with us providing an indepth explanation of every product and the acronyms different manufacturers use along with what to look for when shopping at competitors. Hopefully our next project will allow us to become customers.
Couldn’t be happier with my experience with the floor show! I had flooring installed in the basement of my 100 year old home that has extremely uneven floors. They exhibited so much knowledge and professionalism on how to tackle this project and it’s inherited difficulties, the final result is better than I ever imagined! I am very detail oriented so I’m very appreciative of them and their work. I am a customer for life, highly recommend!
