By far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! Two courtyards with pools and clubhouses, lots of laundry facilities, and in general a really nice looking property. Conveniently located on two bus lines, and near lots of much needed businesses. The rent is reasonably priced for the quality you get. The tenants are friendly, and not ridiculously loud. These guys are all scammers called to complain about maintenance scam and manager never responded.
If you truly enjoy living in a shit hole, then Cambridge Square Apartments will feel like heaven to you! The apartments are small and dumpy. The parking spaces were inadequate, I always had people parking in my spot, management did little to help. Lots of loud drunk people around, plus a lot of car break ins. The laundry machines were always having problems too, destroyed some of my clothes. The management is rude and not very professional, a bunch of asshats that kick out good tenants so they can raise the rent.
