As a previous resident, my advice is to look elsewhere. This place is extremely overpriced for what you get. A tiny one bedroom is $1700+ a month. You also have to pay $100 roughly a month for utilities. You constantly have other people parking in your designated spot and the staff is consistently unavailable and does nothing. I’ve been renting this property for the past 2 years, and overall, my experience has been a positive one. The apartment has an open, spacious bedroom. The bath has a large tub for which I was extremely grateful. The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, stove, etc, and overall never had an issue with the appliances. Moving is stressful, but Paloma helped make it easy on the move in part of the process. Keeping me updated throughout. Very friendly, communicative and understanding of our situation. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the exceptional service Paloma provided to us. My mother loves her apartment and living at Cambridge Square.THANK YOU so much it's greatly appreciated & never will be forgotten.

I've lived at Cambridge Square South for 5 years. The only issue I've had in the past was parking, but they've recently cracked down on unauthorized cars in the lot and the situation has improved 100%! The apartments are big, the complex is kept clean and the staff is always pleasant. I've only had one maintenance issue since moving in and that was taken care of right away!!
