before we moved in, we asked if the Santa fe area in liberty County flooded. The developer said he would get back to us and never did. After a month, he never came back or responded to our calls. The entire staff was replaced in their offices... every 2 to 3 months. Fast Forward to Hurricane Imelda: water entered our garage & many homes were COMPLETELY flooded.
