Pretty disappointed in the service I received here for my car. First, I come in and let them know i scheduled an appointment the nice girl worker I talked to didn’t do personal vehicle services so she went over to ask the guys who did help service the personal vehicles. They all stared at her like she had 10 eyes and then grumbled and eventually said I could come over. I scheduled a service for a recall on my 2025 ford F250 on. Vehicle was dropped off Monday 9/22/25, and I was told over the phone the vehical would be ready for pick up by end of day Tuesday, next business day. When I arrived today at 2pm the service associate told me that they would need 4-6days due to having 30 vehicles ahead and only 2 specialized technicians. This place is a horrible place to go! Avoid taking you car here. I dropped my car off Saturday for a recall. I spoke to Henry A amancha. He said 3-5 and it’s Saturday already I called Thursday because I received a message on Wednesday. And no answer called 3 times and then called again Friday 4 times no answer and again called today 4-5 times and no answer from him so I finally called the service number online and this lady answered and said my vehicle was ready to pick up and how the warranty was expired. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL DRAG THEIR FEET AND NOT COMMUNICATE ALONG THE WAY!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before bringing my car here. Should have read the reviews! Do not take your vehicle here! No communication, dishonest didn’t perform the service they charged for and it took 2 days longer than advertised. Roosevelt told me he was the manager when I called to try and get some help(he is not). He and Sandi told me that checking out a check engine light when a vehicle is in for scheduled service is not something they do unless explicitly asked (which it was).
