I scheduled a service appointment online and clearly documented the engine concerns I was experiencing. At no point during scheduling or in the confirmation email was it communicated that diagnosis could be delayed by multiple days or that the appointment was essentially only for vehicle drop-off. I was offered a Monday at 1 PM appointment and reasonably assumed that meant the vehicle would be evaluated around that time. I scheduled a service for a recall on my 2025 ford F250 on. Vehicle was dropped off Monday 9/22/25, and I was told over the phone the vehical would be ready for pick up by end of day Tuesday, next business day. When I arrived today at 2pm the service associate told me that they would need 4-6days due to having 30 vehicles ahead and only 2 specialized technicians. Update - My car was serviced at this location. There were over $1,200.00 in repairs made and over five hours waiting for completion of repairs. When my car was returned to me, there was debris inside my car and my car mats were not covered for service. My car mat(s) was ruined with oil foot prints. See attached pictures. I called the service department, left messages, and sent messages. My complaints have been ignored. I reasonable requested for the damaged mat(s) to be replaced. This has been a nightmare. Should have read the reviews! Do not take your vehicle here! No communication, dishonest didn’t perform the service they charged for and it took 2 days longer than advertised. Roosevelt told me he was the manager when I called to try and get some help(he is not). He and Sandi told me that checking out a check engine light when a vehicle is in for scheduled service is not something they do unless explicitly asked (which it was). I brought my vehicle on for service today. I had an 11:40 appointment for 40k mile service, which is basically a few checks and an oil change. When I got there, they had me go to the waiting area and didn't even start checking me in until about 12:15, not a great start. Check-in was done around 12:30. They told me it would be ready 1:30-2.
