Should have read the reviews! Do not take your vehicle here! No communication, dishonest didn’t perform the service they charged for and it took 2 days longer than advertised. Roosevelt told me he was the manager when I called to try and get some help(he is not). I brought my vehicle on for service today. I had an 11:40 appointment for 40k mile service, which is basically a few checks and an oil change. When I got there, they had me go to the waiting area and didn't even start checking me in until about 12:15, not a great start. Check-in was done around 12:30. They told me it would be ready 1:30-2. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL DRAG THEIR FEET AND NOT COMMUNICATE ALONG THE WAY!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before bringing my car here. Was on a road trip. Stopped in Phoenix for a couple of days I was able to reserve ahead drop the car off and have it ready. Got new tires and new tire pressure sensor module and they recommended brake pads. They delivered the car on a timely basis and provided Lyft services when I left the car. The reason for the 4 is because the brake pad i left with made a horrible grinding noise when I left. Once I contacted them they did fix, but it gave me doubt they approved the car like that.
