I brought my Hyundai Tucson in for scheduled service. I booked and paid for an oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. When I picked up my vehicle that evening, it was very clear that the tires had not been rotated, nor the tire pressures set/filled to the manufacturer psi of 36. My tires were all at the exact same tire pressure that I brought my car in earlier that day, and the fact that the driver side tire was still set at a lower psi than the others confirms that they were never rotated. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. And if it’s your last resort and Travis is your advisor, you better run in the opposite direction and find something else. Pleaseeeee. The communication skills are zero. He would disappear all day, lie to us about things that had been done, and then conveniently “couldn’t be found” when we came to pick up our car. He assured us things would be covered by warranty because he “got it taken care of” but guess who still had to pay out of pocket for the car rental that he was supposed to handle for us. ... read more

I love my Santa Cruz but will never buy another Hyundai based soley on they have the absolute worst Service department Ive ever had to deal with. 2nd dealer in town I have had issues with and both are from the Service department. Todays fiasco is I had an appointment for an oil change, upon arrival I was told there was a recall / update for the audio. Now going on 3 hours waiting for an oil change and software update. Was told well its Saturday we dont have a full staff..how about if thats the case dont take the f ing ... read more

I looked at the reviews and still went and that was surely a mistake. Took over a week to do two simple repairs on my vehicle. Dropped it off Friday the 6th in the morning. The vehicle got looked over and I explained all my concerns and that it has active warranty thru Hyundai. Thought the process be simple but nope, get a text late Friday asking for my regstration and to send them my warranty info, the warranty is directly from Hyundai so comes up with the vin. I took my car to get serviced here because this is where I purchased it. I was given Josh as a service advisor, when they ran diagnostics on my car they said that it was the thermostat and the upper and lower front arm bushings. I asked them to let me know everything because my check engine light was on and a few other warning lights. I asked if they had a loaner Josh told me they had service rentals available.
