I bought a 2025 Hyundai Santafe and I regret buying it. I can't leave the service. I don't recommend it to anyone. The service is terrible. It creates different PROBLEMS every day. It reduces brake fluid. They want to charge me to add fluid to a car that has been running for 10,000 miles. The service network is terrible. I don't recommend it to anyone. They say everything is under warranty but they lie.
I would avoid this place at all costs. I had to take my car in for repair that was under warranty, and while they made the repair, they broke something else on my car. They had to order that new part, which took another week to arrive. I asked for a rental car for the time my car would be in the shop while rectifying the damage they did, and they told me I could pay $45 a day for a rental car. Zero care or attempt for compensation for the extra hassle they created. Very disappointing level of service.
Ricky is a fantastic service representative. He is so honest and knowledgeable. He is very caring about providing the best possible service. He is friendly and very helpful. I feel totally comfortable with Ricky handling all of my cars service needs. Thank you Ricky.
