I bought a 2025 Hyundai Santafe and I regret buying it. I can't leave the service. I don't recommend it to anyone. The service is terrible. It creates different PROBLEMS every day. It reduces brake fluid. They want to charge me to add fluid to a car that has been running for 10,000 miles. The service network is terrible. I don't recommend it to anyone. They say everything is under warranty but they lie.

My 2025 Sante Fe only has under 7000 miles, I was getting on freeway and I lost power , it wouldn’t shift…I couldn’t go over 30-40 mph.. during rush hour, it was scary as hell… I coasted off the freeway and made it home… had to wait 2 days to get an appointment at dealership… I got it towed in and was told the rental manager wasn’t in till 8.. then was told they have to diagnose it before I can get a loaner…went home to wait, and wait.. found out they at 11 ish they should know if it’s warranty in a few hours… it was a fault... read more
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. And if it’s your last resort and Travis is your advisor, you better run in the opposite direction and find something else. Pleaseeeee. The communication skills are zero. He would disappear all day, lie to us about things that had been done, and then conveniently “couldn’t be found” when we came to pick up our car. He assured us things would be covered by warranty because he “got it taken care of” but guess who still had to pay out of pocket for the car rental that he was supposed to handle for us. ... read more
I brought my Hyundai Tucson in for scheduled service. I booked and paid for an oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. When I picked up my vehicle that evening, it was very clear that the tires had not been rotated, nor the tire pressures set/filled to the manufacturer psi of 36. My tires were all at the exact same tire pressure that I brought my car in earlier that day, and the fact that the driver side tire was still set at a lower psi than the others confirms that they were never rotated.
