I bought a 2025 Hyundai Santafe and I regret buying it. I can't leave the service. I don't recommend it to anyone. The service is terrible. It creates different PROBLEMS every day. It reduces brake fluid. They want to charge me to add fluid to a car that has been running for 10,000 miles. The service network is terrible. I don't recommend it to anyone. They say everything is under warranty but they lie.
I picked up my car Friday after my oil change and noticed all my nitrogen caps were missing. I came back the next day and Ismael helped me right away, even though it was busy. One of the helpers had put on black caps, but Ismael took the time to fix it himself and gave me the choice of which caps I wanted. He was patient, professional, and handled everything great under pressure. I really appreciate his help.
