I brought my Hyundai Tucson in for scheduled service. I booked and paid for an oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. When I picked up my vehicle that evening, it was very clear that the tires had not been rotated, nor the tire pressures set/filled to the manufacturer psi of 36. I took my car to get serviced here because this is where I purchased it. I was given Josh as a service advisor, when they ran diagnostics on my car they said that it was the thermostat and the upper and lower front arm bushings. I asked them to let me know everything because my check engine light was on and a few other warning lights. I asked if they had a loaner Josh told me they had service rentals available. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. And if it’s your last resort and Travis is your advisor, you better run in the opposite direction and find something else. Pleaseeeee. The communication skills are zero. He would disappear all day, lie to us about things that had been done, and then conveniently “couldn’t be found” when we came to pick up our car. He assured us things would be covered by warranty because he “got it taken care of” but guess who still had to pay out of pocket for the car rental that he was supposed to handle for us. ... read more

I recently took my vehicle to Camelback Hyundai for a check engine light and oil change, and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. While I expected professional service, what I encountered was poor communication, questionable charges, and a lack of attention to detail. I was recently in Camelback Hyundai for a check engine light. After three technicians $1000.+ I still have a check engine light and was told my ODB port needed replacing for another $700. If you look at the O'Reilly's scan I recently did it was calling for the same repair as previously done P2159. I understand it is all mechanical, but if you do not have an answer do not agree to replace parts if unnecessary.
