Rickey Williams is an Amazing Service Advisor!! He kept me updated throughout my appointment,He helped me pick out 4 tires, and He made it a very positive experience! I like that they perform a Multi-point Inspection so you are aware of what needs immediate attention, what can wait, and what's ok. The Dealership is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. Use a debit card if you can, there is a 3 percent upcharge if you use a credit card. They always take great care of me and my car @ Camelback Hyundai 😄!!
Sofia is my superhero! I had a bolt in my tire and she reassured me that all will be okay! She kept me calm the whole time. I get that a bolt in the tire isn't the end of the world but I have never had this happen before and I didn't know about the bolt yet.
