Impromptu service needed while on vacation lead me here with a lost item in the middle console of a rented kia soul. I couldn't believe they were able to help before they closed for the night. They definitely could have declined, however they were so generous and agreed to help even before speaking with a mechanic. And props to the gentleman standing up front of the kia doors for recommending to just pull up into the service entrance, I was concerned they wouldn't be able to assist so I avoided it at first. From buying my car to getting my services done through my maintenance package I've never had any problems. Everyone is friendly and competent and is there to make sure you're taken care of. Also I came here with my sister back in August when I purchased my car and there was never any push or pressure to buy anything. They gave us room to make the best decision for ourselves and ultimately we came back here due to a bad experience at a different location. I recommend this location specifically.
If there is one thing I hate, it’s having my time wasted — and that’s exactly what happened here. I made an appointment to have my radio software updated due to ongoing interruptions. The week prior, the service advisor (Ricardo) told me I needed an appointment because they would have to download the software. Theyre never up front about their prices, woman told me their base oil change is 120 when I showed them their online website base price was 89.95 she just said ok. How is it both my husband and I asked for ONLY A OIL CHANGE yet I had to pay more for my services and I had a coupon so technically it would have been more expensive for me?!?! And we both only asked for a OIL CHANGE, no additional services were asked for. Had my car in for service and needed some suspension work. Car wasn't ready when I got there even tho I was told it was ready. Drove the car 30 miles and the bolts to the lower control arms were loose. Both sides were completely loose. Danger hazard! Never going back. Update* took the car back to get a alignment due to the car pulling to one side, first i was told it was because the brakes were warped which doesn't make sense.
