If there is one thing I hate, it’s having my time wasted — and that’s exactly what happened here. I made an appointment to have my radio software updated due to ongoing interruptions. The week prior, the service advisor (Ricardo) told me I needed an appointment because they would have to download the software. Ricardo helped me take care of the recalls on my car. Very helpful and done in a timely manner. Explained every recall done. He was very attentive. I appreciate the professionalism.
Terrible experience with the service department as I was told it would be about 2 hours for the oil change and to wash the vehicle. 3.5 hours later and they finally brought the car back and it was still unwashed. Dillion did not offer a friendly experience and didn’t offer any apology for the delay in service. 0/10 would not recommend coming here for even basic services unless you have all day and want a longer wait time for incomplete services.
Brought my car in for an oil change it needed additional work. I asked if its something they could complete that day and they said yes it would just be a few hours (this call happened at 930am). At 330pm I hadn't heard back so I called for an update and they said they would check and call me back.
