Terrible experience with the service department as I was told it would be about 2 hours for the oil change and to wash the vehicle. 3.5 hours later and they finally brought the car back and it was still unwashed. Dillion did not offer a friendly experience and didn’t offer any apology for the delay in service. 0/10 would not recommend coming here for even basic services unless you have all day and want a longer wait time for incomplete services.
I had an excellent experience at the Kia service department thanks to my service writer Ismael. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, friendly, and attentive. He took the time to clearly explain the services my vehicle needed at 36k miles and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. Brought my car in for an oil change it needed additional work. I asked if its something they could complete that day and they said yes it would just be a few hours (this call happened at 930am). At 330pm I hadn't heard back so I called for an update and they said they would check and call me back. I have taken my Telluride here for 5 years including all routine maintenance, recalls, etc. Today is the LAST time I will ever be stepping foot inside this establishment. I dropped off my Telluride this morning for the routine 67k maintenance. Upon picking it back up, I found all the seats in awkward positions with trash still in the car from the mechanics.
