I had a terrible experience at Camelback Kia. My Kia Optima 2013 had an engine failure and it was replaced with a remanufactured motor which I am happy about but when they installed the motor, they did not tighten any clamps on the hoses, by them not not tightening any of them them down, it caused all of my radiator fluid to come out of the radiator, and the inner cooler of my turbo was not connected, which could have caused a lot of issues. Terrible experience with the service department as I was told it would be about 2 hours for the oil change and to wash the vehicle. 3.5 hours later and they finally brought the car back and it was still unwashed. Dillion did not offer a friendly experience and didn’t offer any apology for the delay in service. 0/10 would not recommend coming here for even basic services unless you have all day and want a longer wait time for incomplete services.
I had an excellent experience at the Kia service department thanks to my service writer Ismael. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, friendly, and attentive. He took the time to clearly explain the services my vehicle needed at 36k miles and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. Brought my car in for an oil change it needed additional work. I asked if its something they could complete that day and they said yes it would just be a few hours (this call happened at 930am). At 330pm I hadn't heard back so I called for an update and they said they would check and call me back. They then said hes confident he can get it done but would I be okay leaving it over night because they don't want to rush the job and have further issues. Had an amazing experience with Ricardo in service!!! Had a electrical issue with my window called, got me in quickly, got me a rental and communicated every step of the repairs!!! Good peace of mind my sportage is being taken care of!!! RICARDO IS AMAZING!!! CANT GO WRONG WITH HIM HE WILL TAKE CARE OR YOU!!!
