This is the worst dealership experience I have ever had in my life. I want to start by saying I have given the dealership over a month now to respond to texts and calls. Dejon Yarbrough initially was helpful and has now become non-responsive. I purchased my 2025 Outback Wilderness in Chicago in February and relocated here to Phoenix. Yikes! ! This dealership is unprofessional at best and a total nightmare to do business with 😱👎. I recently purchased a used vehicle from them in March 2024, and they totally messed up delivery 🤦♀️. I'm so angry. They caused damage to my vehicle during a storm and didn't even tell me! 😡 The delivery drivers damaged their own vehicle too, and they only offered to zip tie mine back together?! 🤯 I paid them over $17k! I called Subaru of America for help, and their customer advocacy department is awesome! They covered the ... read more
