The service department here is somewhat hit or miss. I have gone several times and it is either a seamless experience or something is magically wrong with my car that wasn't there before and must be fixed. My my my!!!! My motto, and a common one, is that one must give praise where it is due. To begin, it was time for me to either trade in my lease for my Atlas CS 21 or trade in. I was unsure if I wanted to keep my 2021 and even thinking of going outside of VW. Camelback VW service department is quick!! They take customer service very serious at VW which is why i am a loyal VW owner. I want to especially say thank you to the service manager, Frank! He listens, he communicates well, set real expectations. Much appreciated. I know vehicle repairs can be expensive and no one likes that, but having service done with friendly trust worthy Volkswagen makes it all better. I appreciate it.

I just got a brand new Tiguan from this dealership and I am over the moon! The overall dealership experience was fantastic! Our salesman Austin was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had. We worked with Ruben in finance and we were in and out of his office in 5 min! I definitely recommend coming to this dealership!!

I didn't buy my car here but took it to them for service after another dealership couldn't solve the problem with my car. Kait, my service advisor, gave me updates throughout the time my car was in the shop and let me know exactly what was wrong with my car. My car is running amazing now and I will continue to use them for any service on my VW.

Nygil is far from your stereotype of what a car salesman is. He knows his brand and represents it well! His love for what he does becomes apparent when he takes you through the lot- he knows and understands each make and model. He sold me a car not based on my want but he talked to me about what me needs are and we worked through the models together until the we found the perfect VW fit just for me. Stopped in just to browse a 2014 Passat TDI, until we met Nygil that is. Instead of being a pushy, slap in the face car salesman we all dislike, he is down to earth and easy going and he bends over backwards to make it a pleasant experience. Nygil makes it a point to make you feel like part of a family, which VW owners are, before you even decide to purchase one. Recommend stopping in and ask for Nygil, best purchase I've made to date, may trade in 2nd car for new 2015 GTI.

Normally I'm weary of car salesmen, but when I went into camelback vw to purchase a new gti nygil was there to help me with all of my questions and concerns and really made me feel like it was a decision on my part more than a demand on his. Very knowledgeable salesperson and very outgoing. Nygil is the go to man
