This service appointment had to by far be the worst customer service.I've ever gotten. I went in to have a battery that was failing.Taken care of that was under warranty. My battery had not worked when I was in a parking lot and came out from the store and went to start my car. It did not start initially i turned off everything and it cranked over and started after clicking. I live in Chandler, and despite the distance, I always go for all of my Volkswagen parts to see George in the parts department. He’s always there to provide great technical insight and resources and he’s always able to look up product information and the part numbers on some of the older stuff that I own. I’ve ordered service related items, tools, and parts for nearly 8 generations of Volkswagen products from him, and I won’t go anywhere else.
I am very impressed with the service. I went in with a fair idea of what I wanted from a vehicle, within a certain budget, and Tyler was able to find a vehicle that fit me perfectly! The process took a fair amount of time, but I was given the opportunity to set up my phone with the vehicle, inspect it thoroughly, and make sure I was 100% comfortable while they got my paperwork in order. Tyler and Ali were both very personable and made the entire process relatively painless!
Horrible customer service, the guy at the parts desk was being so rude and rounded up my bill because he didn’t want to go to the back to give me back my change, I asked him where my change was and he shuffled away like if I sent a child to open the front door, he gave me back my change and slammed it on the table and gave me the silent treatment, I said, “have a good day” and he was grumpy and said nothing, I’m honestly thinking of selling all my Volkswagen cars and switching back to Honda
