I am absolutely disgusted by the ultrasound tech. Her and everyone else I encountered were cold and lack compassion with the exception of the ladies in the lab. They were so sweet. Strongly discourage anyone who’s ever been a victim of SA to find a different office to go to.
I have seen Dr. Smith for my second pregnancy and now my current pregnancy and I wont go to anyone else. She's so sweet and so informative. Her nurse is super sweet and helpful . I absolutely love these two! Highly recommend.
I 110% recommend this office, everytime I walk in it's always friendly faces ! The front receptionist is the most of help she can be ! Very well educated and trustworthy. The doctor is amazing. This is my second pregnancy and no regret with choosing this doctors office. My first experience else where wasn't the best. So I am very thankfully they are so helpful, caring, and respectful.
If you're pregnant I would advise you not seek assistance from this office. They do not answer phone calls, they do not prioritize patients with emergency situations, they take your blood in the sterilization room with the instruments they use for their patients nearby, I was asked to do a urine sample to which when I went into the restroom they pointed me towards, their was another patients entire name on their pee cup as well as their own pregnancy test left in the restroom with no regard to the HIPAA laws. I was a patient of Dr. Smith for over a decade. I was extremely unhappy with my experience getting an IUD with her so I left her practice. I did not complain or cause a scene or anything, I just did not return. A few years later my insurance changed and I called Camellia with the intention of seeing one of their other doctors and was informed that they do not allow patients to return. The receptionist refused to explain further. She just kept repeating that patients can not return.
