Absolutely the worst! First they removed me as a patient for being abusive, which I wasn’t, never yelled at anyone, never called anyone out of their name and NEVER got physical. They were supposed to fax my records to a new provider so I can have my surgery and further my ob care as I’m having complications and they haven’t after 2 attempts to get my records. If you need or want testosterone test or meds this is the office. They bullied me about taking the test my insurance did not cover. I called and canceled the next day. Quit going to that uncomfortable office. Not recommended.
I am absolutely disgusted by the ultrasound tech. Her and everyone else I encountered were cold and lack compassion with the exception of the ladies in the lab. They were so sweet. Strongly discourage anyone who’s ever been a victim of SA to find a different office to go to.
I have seen Dr. Smith for my second pregnancy and now my current pregnancy and I wont go to anyone else. She's so sweet and so informative. Her nurse is super sweet and helpful . I absolutely love these two! Highly recommend.
I 110% recommend this office, everytime I walk in it's always friendly faces ! The front receptionist is the most of help she can be ! Very well educated and trustworthy. The doctor is amazing. This is my second pregnancy and no regret with choosing this doctors office. My first experience else where wasn't the best. So I am very thankfully they are so helpful, caring, and respectful.
