I have seen Dr. Smith for my second pregnancy and now my current pregnancy and I wont go to anyone else. She's so sweet and so informative. Her nurse is super sweet and helpful . I absolutely love these two! Highly recommend.
I 110% recommend this office, everytime I walk in it's always friendly faces ! The front receptionist is the most of help she can be ! Very well educated and trustworthy. The doctor is amazing. This is my second pregnancy and no regret with choosing this doctors office. My first experience else where wasn't the best. So I am very thankfully they are so helpful, caring, and respectful.
If you're pregnant I would advise you not seek assistance from this office. They do not answer phone calls, they do not prioritize patients with emergency situations, they take your blood in the sterilization room with the instruments they use for their patients nearby, I was asked to do a urine sample to which when I went into the restroom they pointed me towards, their was another patients entire name on their pee cup as well as their own pregnancy test left in the restroom with no regard to the HIPAA laws. I love my OBGYN Dr. Smith she is so sweet and she very caring and thoughtful she the best OB I ever had 🩷 I recommend this gynecologist center!!!!
i’ve been here once for a depo shot. i’ve already switched gynecologists. the people were nice however when i went to go get my second shot i was going to be late so i tried calling 4 times their phones kept saying they were closed but had been o open for almost an hour. after 35 minute drive i finally got in touch with them and they told me they couldn’t do my shot because they had clinicals to do. not only that, but i tried calling a few days ago to get my shot sent to a pharmacy so i could do i lt myself , 1 pm they were ... read more
