Good Choice I moved here about a week ago. So far, I’m pretty pleased. This place is clean. My maintenance issues were fixed pretty promptly, and Indira has been so kind and helpful. I’m glad I chose to live here.
Great Location! Camelot @ Federal Hill is a great place to live. The complex is well maintained and the staff and neighbors are very friendly. The apartments are comfortable, clean and come with updated appliances. A few blocks away are various stores for shopping, restaurants, schools and transportation (which i love; since i have to commute from here to New York everyday) Very convenient!!!! My Apartment !!!!!! I love my new place so comfy !! The complex is very clean and very well maintain and dog friendly which I love . The staff makes me feel like we are one big happy family they are always doing little events to meet your neighbors. If you need anything they are just a phone call away which they respond in a timely manner. When i moved in the apartment was very clean , apartment lay out is so spacious , nothing needed except you and your furniture !!!! So Happy Living Here !!!!!
average community but comfortable living space! Love the living space; trouble with parking after 8 pm. Recommend garages if possible. Service and staff average. Staff unable to help with parking issues because of lack of spaces and limitations. Received 3 parking tickets while living here over two years. Location is great for commute to city, parkway and turnpike and next to YMCA.
Noisy! Expensive and can hear every step the person takes above you! Awful the walls are paper thin.
Would Never Live Here Again I don’t even know where to start. The parking situation is horrendous. Maintenance is a joke and it takes weeks to get anything fixed. Additionally I have had an ant issue that has yet to be addressed. Not worth the money!!!
Terrible sound issues!! from the front and back doors slamming to the people stomping above me when they walk this place is a nightmare. i have read that most Kaplan properties have sound issues so I would avoid them all if you would like some piece and quiet!
Thinnest walls you can imagine in a horrible area Not only do I have the rudest human beings on the planet living above me, but the paper thin walls don’t help. I literally can hear someone when they flush the toilet. The area these apartments are in is HORRIBLE and nothing but trash. If you do move here make SURE you get a top floor. TRUST ME you’ll regret it if you don’t.
Mr. Mora The worst living experience , we moved in October 2014 and can't wait to move out 1st rugs were wet on the day we moved in 2nd apt was not painted or cleaned 3rd toilets get clog on both bathroom constantly , gave up on calling the office we unclog ourselves 4th my son's bedroom had no heat in the winter and mow no air conditioning truout the summer they have been here to fix the vent numerous of time it's like we pay for a second room for the fun of it 5th if you're late 1 day they will make sure aside from you pay... read more
