Its is such a great feeling to be treated like a person and not just another name! Completely listen to me and are truly there to make sure my needs are met and I am understanding everything. Its been a long 12 years fighting with the other providers that were in and out or just not there. To finally feel comfortable once again is such a wonderful feeling. Not only is the entire staff nice and pleasant along with the Doctor.. I actually get to see the DOCTOR! Im so glad I switch! Thank you so very much!
She had clearly prepared for the appointment and knew much of my history. We talked about my current situation and made changes together. Her manner and communication was clear and pleasant and she pushed for clarity to plan next steps. I feel in good hands with this care provider.
