Nice manager, and maintenance of apartments maintained, there are no washer and dryer hook ups, there is a small laundry facility on property, there were previous smokers in apartment I have, only complaint the smell of cigarette smoke comes from heat and air vents makes my clothes and things smell like cigarette smoke. Was a previous smoker, quit in 2003 so the smell is annoying. Nice neighbors, safe community .
