This shop is extremely unreliable and not trustworthy one bit I got my car from 401 on Feb 27 2026 and have had nothing but issues I’ve been there three times now for a brake issue with nothing replaced or fixed they said they did a brake service due to “build up of brake dust” hmmm what dose that tell you. Don’t bother to visit this place , drove two hours , with appointment to buy a trailer . Got a young nice boy to show us the trailers . In one hour stay, he could open only one trailer, had no idea on pricing , only manager can tell us the pricing but manager was too busy relaxing in his office . Not a single customer on the big property, every body look bored and standing around . Ask for idea on pricing no response. Now I know why no body visit this Kitchener location . I cannot say better things about Kurtis and his team at Campmart in Kitchener! I had a super small timeframe to get some last minute work done on my vintage Airstream. Not only did they get everything done, but he worked with me to find the best price on parts, and Kurtis helped get the work done as well. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back for future Rv work needed! I’d give an extra star to this rating if they were available haha!
Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Trying to reach someone in RV service since trailer delivery this morning. They repaired everything that was wrong initially (laundry.list of damages) from last year (trailer is 2026) and delivered it this morning with this lovely rip in the floor. No one will answer the phone. Receptionist says it's the other side of the building and cannot help. UNBELIEVABLE.
The only reason I'm giving this company one star instead of negative five is because of Annet. She was pleasant to deal with and genuinely tried to help. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ends. Where do I start? The day I picked up the trailer, the battery was completely dead. I charged it, it died again. I charged it a second time, and it died again. After only four days of owning the trailer—and before I had even used it or put any of my belongings inside—I gave up and bought a brand-new battery myself. ... read more
