I had an absolutely awful experience with both Camp Mart Barrie and Camp Mart Sudbury and would never recommend them to anyone. My issues started right from the purchase in Barrie. I put down a $5,000 deposit, which they completely failed to properly account for. It took a significant amount of fighting and constant follow-ups just to get my own money back. Komar has outdone himself in trying to find us the perfect trailer at the perfect price and in a very fast past. Even after all our crazy high demands. DO NOT BUY A TRAILER FROM THESE PEOPLE! These guys are outright scamming people, I bought my trailer in 2021 all kinds of issues right off the bat but I bought the extended warentee which I was told covers everything other than water damage. I brought the trailer in in July for warentee work and I have been waiting all summer for it to be repaired. I bought a brand new camper. Robert in service was very uncooperative with me. He offered problems and no solutions. I had to call another location to get solutions. He dragged my camper with a wheel chock on, not rolling! No apology, and made a snarky remark when I inspected the wheel for damage. Now, after having the camper for 3 days, I need warranty service.
