1st off all…my rent office team is better than yours! So, I moved into my apartment at the end of January 2023 and from the time I walked in to apply and every visit I’ve made to the office thereafter Erica has been EXCEPTIONAL. Personable. Patient. Professional. Period! Our maintenance team is timely and friendly. The neighborhood is well kept and quiet. I absolutely love it here 🥰
Even though, I haven't moved in yet. I had to share this message to the Property Manger, Office Team and to the Maintenance Staff of Campostella Commons Apartments, on a job well done!!! You all have gone above and beyond, taking care of the Community and all the tenants needs. Ms. Holloway, is one of the tenants there, who is a Uber / Lift Driver, that spoke highly of each and everyone of you!!! She even spoke about the friendliness, quietness and cleanliness there. It’s been 3 years and Ms.Erica still remains solid and patient with a smile, always saying hello and remembers everybody’s name. Also keep in mind that the yard stays nice and clean with fresh mulch here and there, they crew be on it.
I just got an apartment in this community. The office manager was delightful. Maintenance was very polite. My neighbors offered a helping hand when they saw me moving in and children playing on the playground offered to help me unload my groceries after I came home from stopping. It has been quiet and peaceful and I am happy with my decision to move here.
