I had a Jag shipped from California to Toronto , ON and everything was seamless. I was kept informed the entire time and the driver, Brian, was the best. I shipped my car from Monrovia, CA to Mississauga, ON. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Justin and Blaine were very responsive and helpful. It was a satisfying experience overall. Would definitely use the service again if needed. Highly recommend.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Canadian Car Shipping/Easy Auto Ship. My vehicle was delivered four days late, and upon arrival, I discovered serious damage to the factory-installed canvas sunroof—resulting in water leaking into the cabin. Instead of taking responsibility, they denied my claim based on an absurd 24-hour reporting rule and a policy exclusion that wrongly categorizes a built-in sunroof as a removable accessory. Terrible! Until now our car not yet arrived so many excuses. I sign on may 25,2023. Blain says june 19 or 23 pick up and always cancelled the pick up. And now i bring the car to the terminal so no more excuses i thought it will arrived in two weeks coz that what he told me but they already got my money and the arrived is on august 25 terrible service. The worst company I have ever seen. It is around 2 months , I have asked to bring my car to US. All forms filled my ourselves. Do not trust this company to bring your car from Canada to US. They do not know their job at all. I am super upset since I do not have my car in US and do not know what to do, what for my car or buy other car.
Hiring Canadian Car Shipping was and still is a REAL NIGHTMARE !! I talked to Justin in January-10 about moving my car from Los Angeles to Toronto and he indicated it would take a week to 10 days. Once he sent the paperwork he included a disclaimer that Shipping could take several weeks. On January-26 my car was available for picking up but they did it only on February-1. We will accept you screaming at us over the phone for the real world problems that are happening today, but to not accept them, and blame others socially is not ok. To unpack this, a 5 day window was needed for pick up, and we picked up in 3 days. The transit time is roughly 2 weeks, 7 to 10 days was never indicated.
