Speaking with the lady I spoke with on the phone was one of the most painful conversations I've ever had. I called to get a quote for carpeting as well as uniform service for our company. I was asked to repeat the same information over and over and over again. I specifically made sure I was speaking with someone from Canadian Linen and was told yes. Communication? Not from Canadian Linen. I originally reached out to review our current contract. It took multiple follow-ups to get a response. When the rep finally attended our location and had a meeting with me he had a new contract vs the one I asked to review. Based on this and my role, I did some due diligence and was able to find a vendor with identical services but better prices. Since their recent sale to a larger entity the quality of their service and products has dropped through the floor. They are now incapable of providing safe, clean garments and linens in good repair. I have switched our business to Wagg's in the hope that we will have better service.
The salesperson who came in tried to recruit my staff to come work for Cdn Linens. I find that in very poor taste. Posting an ad and interviewing is far more professional than to try to poach good workers right from perspective customers. I will never use this company.
