Canadian Linen is a great service. Our driver Brian is wonderful at being on time, he never forgets anything, and goes above and beyond to help his customers to make sure they have anything that they need. I only have one issue with how expensive some of their items are but other than that. No problems.
Proceeded with caution when signing a contract with Canadian Linen! They have a sneaky clause in their contract that is set for “Auto Renewal”. They will not contact you prior to your contract, expiration and then try and hold you accountable after you try and close your account with them. After five years they have not replaced our mats with new mats and expect us to have another five years with the same old mats. Under no circumstances is a sneaky clause like this in a contract fair to a consumer.
Shawn Dayman has been our delivery guy for a couple years now and has always gone over and above to get us and other businesses their products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Any issues or questions we’ve ever had, he’s either been able to solve himself quickly or find us answers quickly. He even has supported our business as well as numerous others in our community that he delivers to.
If your looking for the best service for your mats and coveralls this is the place to go. The guy that does our mats and coveralls comes in with a great mood everytime and couldn't give better service.
Shawn has been coming to my business for a couple months now and the conversations I have with him is the best. He’s so nice and fun to be around and we have loved having him here!
