I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. The kindness of the delivery drivers is the only positive thing I can say about this company. Our towels were often stained or torn, and when our business decided to cancel our Canadian Linen service, the process became a nightmare. They told us the service would be cancelled, but since then they have stopped responding to our emails and calls. What a well ran company. I have never had a bad experience with this professional team here. Happy I have someone i can trust with my teams uniforms.
Im a very patient person. Had been with this company for years. Many issues. The current issues are too long to mention. Stay away
1) They didn't show up for 4 weeks at one point even though I am supposed to have weekly delivery. All they did was refund the weeks they didn't deliver / pick up the dirty towels. I had called and emailed 5+ times and they kept promising they would come but then they wouldn't follow through. 2) The contract requires notice (by registered mail) that you will cancel.
