I have been dealing with Canadian Linen for 5 years. They have always been on time and have never missed a week or my sheet count. We use sheets and towels at a multidisciplinary clinic for massage and acupuncture. I recently had an issue that they solved in such a professional and compassionate manner which I appreciated very much. Also, my delivery guy Sam, is the nicest guy!!
I left a review of my experience with this company back in April, but it appears they have had it taken down. I unfortunately, did not screenshot at that time. Under that review the company asked me to reach out to their “Canada Linen Cares” team. Seemingly they do not care, as there has not been any constructive follow up to my complaint besides an employee promising updates for multiple months in a row. You can see my original complaint in the initial email. Don’t work with this company.
I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. The kindness of the delivery drivers is the only positive thing I can say about this company. Our towels were often stained or torn, and when our business decided to cancel our Canadian Linen service, the process became a nightmare. They told us the service would be cancelled, but since then they have stopped responding to our emails and calls. Im curious why all the temps are not allowed to use the washroom except during mandated washroom breaks?
What a well ran company. I have never had a bad experience with this professional team here. Happy I have someone i can trust with my teams uniforms.
