We canceled our account in September and have been waiting for refunds for three unauthorized charges ever since. To make matters worse, we just received an additional charge on November 2nd. This experience is increasingly unacceptable. Despite calling and emailing multiple times, we have yet to receive any response. Please contact us as soon as possible.
We have been using Canadian Linen for our office needs for as long as I can remember. We are very happy with their services and Matt is THE BEST among everyone who delivered to our office. If there are discrepancies on the number of delivery or on the invoice, Matt is very fast and efficient in rectifying it. If he says he will take care of it, he really would. No follow up needed.
