I wish I read reviews before entering into a contract with this company. Canadian Linen has major customer service and quality issues across the board. We have tried to receive a call or email back for weeks- I've used their customer portal, called directly, followed up multiple times and just crickets every single time. Our sheets are wildly inconsistent, sometimes they're two times the size they should be, dirty boot foot prints are not uncommon. Making their own invoices up after term is canceled. Was told by their sales guy they scam people into longer terms than they originally sell you on. When begging for origional business they call weekly till you get pressured into making a deal. One of the worst companies ive ever had the embarrassment of working with. One star review is generous This company has a major internal issue. No one ever calls back or returns emails when trying to rectify an issue. It took me getting transferred 3 times from different people before I talked to a Matthew Baird. This guy is supposed to be a manger? He promised me he would get back to me by 6:00pm on the day I talked to him. I sent him all the documents he needed. It has been more than 2 weeks with no call back and no response to my voicemail. Everytime I ask for extra towels that update my invoice but don't actually bring extra towels and it takes multiple calls and emails to fix the issue. Due to their horrible service I cancelled my contract. You can only cancel the contract by providing written notice sent by registered mail 60+ days before the contract ends. Otherwise you are automatically renewed for a period of five (5) years! Yes, you read that right - 5 years. We have used this company for over 20 years for our repair shop. Great company to work with. The mechanic uniforms are always nicely cleaned and pressed... But the Service is always amazing. We have super awesome young man named EVAN who delivers for us and he always goes above and beyond to help us and always keeps us up to date on specials and offers and any billing inquiries. He is a great face for the front line of the company.
