We have used this company for over 20 years for our repair shop. Great company to work with. The mechanic uniforms are always nicely cleaned and pressed... But the Service is always amazing. We have super awesome young man named EVAN who delivers for us and he always goes above and beyond to help us and always keeps us up to date on specials and offers and any billing inquiries. He is a great face for the front line of the company.
We have been using Canadian Linen for many years now here at Paisley Coffeehouse, and it has always been great service. Tim is our driver and he is fantastic, we can always count on him to be here at the same time on Tuesdays with a smile on his face and friendly conversation. He has gone out of his way on many occasions to make sure we have enough cloths for the week and also changing our front mat to a fun coffee mat for our coffeehouse. Westdale is lucky to have him.
James Bax is the worst. My review is not after one time event. I never had a good experience whenever I had to contact them for price adjustment/negotiation. Unfortunately I have to do communications with James Bax, an unprofessional guy, who barely picks ups the call and takes longer to return VM. After all the waitings you get James on the phone, the most unmotivated manager. It takes at least a month, several calls and email for any issue to be resolved/partly resolved. Millette delivers to us at Black Bear Diner in Fountain, CO. She is amazing. She is always in contact with me while delivering and keeps me informed about all of our needs. She is the best driver we have had with Vestis. You have a great employee who goes above and beyond for her customers.
We use Canadian Linen for our Businesses in St. Catharines. They have great services but the most important thing is their Customer Service that we get from our regular guy “Evan”. He is always happy, friendly and up beat and is always efficient getting the job done! He is definitely an asset to this company!
