I wish i can give them no stars. They are unprofessional, practice unethical business practices and money hungry people. Do not stuck with this company and in case you are as us. Do check the amount of linen they deliver as it is always low in number but more in invoice. We learned it with very expensive negligence. From a business to another business your customer service is absolutely terrible. I've been trying to deal with invoices issues since July. After multiple emails and phone calls gone unanswered I have had to ask my staff to put a stop payment against our account. Hoping this would raise some concern and that you would get back to us quicker seems to have not changed a thing. I will not waste more time chasing you down for your own mistakes. Absolutely horrible customer service. Because I have to give one star, it would be for the friendly delivery driver. I've had an issue on an invoice since March (it's now September), and it still hasn't been resolved. Basically every other invoice (which we receive once a week), is incorrect. We have been experiencing very poor service. When we call the head office, no one takes responsibility. We are supposed to receive service every week, but for the past two weeks no one has shown up—no phone calls, no follow-up, and no response at all. This is very disappointing, especially from such a well-known company.
