Nightmare to deal with. We ordered mats with our logo. After few weeks, Logo started to show fading and mats started looking dirty and no matter how much we complain they do not take it seriously. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM. Their billing is so convoluted that you can never match with actual deliveries. I am spending lots of time every week reconciling and verifying on top of communicating with them all the problems.
Terrible management. Please hire people who can do the job with honesty. Ottawa Team is absolutely ridiculous! They are bunch of liars. Stay far away! Do not trust them. They don't show up, continue to charge you, forge your signature and then send a lawyer's letter threatening you. You should be ashamed.
Jim has been my delivery driver in Deep River for the past 9 years. He is amazing! He is always very friendly and cheerful with our staff and goes the extra mile to make sure we are always well taken care of! He offers prompt customer service and always fulfills our special requests. I don't know what we would do without him!
Do not deal with this company and especially Anthony Conway . After repeatedly sending soiled linen, ripped linen and missed deliveries we asked to get out of our contract due to breach on their end. Their "solution " was to send more linen and make me sift through it all to separate good from bad. Last time I checked I was not quality control or an employee of Canadian Linen. We will be reaching out to corporate and are considering getting legal counsel as this issue is refused to be resolved by Anthony . Stay away!
