Absolutely Terrible – Avoid at All Costs Canadian Linen has been one of the worst companies we've dealt with. Deliveries are constantly messed up or missed, their billing is a complete joke, and there’s zero accountability from anyone. You try to reach out and get answers, and all you get is silence, no follow-up, no updates, nothing. Do not deal with this company and especially Anthony Conway . After repeatedly sending soiled linen, ripped linen and missed deliveries we asked to get out of our contract due to breach on their end. Their "solution " was to send more linen and make me sift through it all to separate good from bad. Last time I checked I was not quality control or an employee of Canadian Linen. We will be reaching out to corporate and are considering getting legal counsel as this issue is refused to be resolved by Anthony . Stay away!
Stay away from this company , they’re bad news, very unorganized, don’t see sign a contract as they don’t mention that you are responsible to buy the mats once your contract is over , you’re talking 5000 dollars and more , they kept rising the prices of the mats week over week for no reason in contrast with the original deal they quoted you on, also on holidays they always wanna charge you twice for that week regardless if you tell them don’t come twice in one week they will still charge you, we are taking them to court for ... read more
Absolutely horrible service for the entirety of the contract term. Routinely failed to deliver uniforms but charged for full delivery every week. They lost our pants completely all the time and replaced them with new. Had to analyze invoicing every week to ensure we weren't being overcharged for service not rendered with email trails to prove the pattern. Jim has been my delivery driver in Deep River for the past 9 years. He is amazing! He is always very friendly and cheerful with our staff and goes the extra mile to make sure we are always well taken care of! He offers prompt customer service and always fulfills our special requests. I don't know what we would do without him!
