Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs 30 day notice to cancel their service. What service? they bearly show up almost 10 years of reap off. I strongly advise against using this company. From the start, I clearly communicated how many towels I needed each week and was given a quote based on that. I properly tagged and submitted it for repair through our company’s regular process, expecting the issue to be fixed as usual. I had an amazing experience with Canadian Linen! Their service was top-notch from start to finish—professional, reliable, and incredibly efficient. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. Truly the best service I’ve experienced in this industry. Highly recommended!
Order after order, I am disappointed. You order 10 items, it takes 2-8 weeks to get everything and it comes in multiple shipments so very hard to track and pay invoices. Quality on most items is subpar. Website cant even save your favourites so you have to search for items on each order. I am looking for a better supplier
