Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs 30 day notice to cancel their service. What service? they bearly show up almost 10 years of reap off. I strongly advise against using this company. From the start, I clearly communicated how many towels I needed each week and was given a quote based on that. Wow what a scam company 100% don’t go with them unless you want to waste money. In the beginning I told the service rep how many towels I needed a week and that’s the quote I got and signed. Now after a year with them they are now saying that I need to pay double because I need to pay for pick-up. Not only did they start charging me double they don’t show up at all for delivery but still charge you.
