If I could provide 0 stars I would. We have had their service since January 2023 and it has been nothing but horrendous. Salesman changing every few months. Have been complaining about the same issue about their towels leaving loose fabrics everywhere when being used and nothing has been resolved. Try to call management and no response. Was a loyal customer for 5 years. The quality of service and garment cleaning went down hill. I decided to leave for a new linen company. I have never missed paying a bill. Because I left their company they made up a fake bill for "damaged" linen trying to charge me $700! I do not recommend doing business with this company.
We switched services from Alsco to Canadian Linen at our cafe a few months ago and we have noticed a huge improvement so far. Special thanks to our rep, Steve for being so helpful and responsive in the process!
Terrible receptionist very rude. You need to listen to your customer before you interupt and keep talking and raising voice. Gurjot you need to have proper training or least go back to school for proper customer service. If I can put zero star i would!!!
