I have been a loyal customer of Canadian Linen for almost 10 years, from what I remember. Unfortunately, my recent experience with them has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially after such a long business relationship. We have been using Canadian Linen for a couple years now and have nothing but great things to say them. Products are always cleaned to our standards. We also ordered custom Logo mats, made well and look great in our storefront. Management goes beyond to make sure service is done properly and have always felt heard with any concerns. Our current delivery driver, Steven is fantastic. Always friendly, treats all staff with respect, and delivers on time every week.
Canadian linen is all promises upfront and all problems after. The rep guaranteed insurance coverage and no responsibility for lost or damaged items, but we were still billed. I’ve spent two weeks calling nonstop, with nothing but empty promises of a manager call back. Zero accountability, zero customer service. Avoid this company at all costs..
One of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. Canadian linen made bold claims to earn our contract, then completely failed to deliver. We were billed for items that were supposed to be covered, and every attempt to get support has gone nowhere. Managers don’t call back, staff gives excuses, and issues remain unresolved. Total waste of time and money.
Be very cautious before signing anything with Canadian Linen. Their contracts are designed to trap businesses, and when I tried to discuss issues, Curtis Lennon was extremely dismissive and arrogant. The customer service and disrespect has been the worst I’ve experienced in this industry.
